Can somebody help me how to convert sprites to CvS style and KoF Style please? What program should I use that would help me convert these sprites to CvS and KoF Styles? If there is a video on how to do this, please help me.

You can look it up on MaranCV's tutorials for KOF and CVS conversions.

Also, there is a resize guide for converting sprites. I can try to find it if I have time.
